About Ben Yacavone
Ben Yacavone is a visual artist and woodworker based in Milwaukee, WI.
Ben works primarily in sculpture, creating objects using skilled labor and trade techniques that explore the societal perception and commodification of the working class. Forms and objects that are recognized as consumable, mass produced, and/or disposable are elevated through material and production to the point of both impracticality and preciousness.
